Bracket play is set for Saturday at Brownwood High School after two days of pool play in the Heart of Texas volleyball tournament. The finalized schedule includes gold- and silver-bracket matches beginning at 9 a.m., giving Brownwood-area volleyball fans a full day of competition.
The gold bracket will be played at Warren Gym. Bangs will face Fort Worth Covenant at 9 a.m., followed by Coleman against Ballinger at 10 a.m. Early will meet the winner of the opening game at 11 a.m., while Brownwood will play the winner of the Coleman-Ballinger matchup at noon.
Gold bracket schedule
- 1 p.m.: Game 1 loser vs. Game 2 loser in the consolation game
- 2 p.m.: Game 3 loser vs. Game 4 loser for third place
- 3 p.m.: Game 3 winner vs. Game 4 winner in the championship
The silver bracket will take place at the Auxiliary Gym. Richland Springs and Snyder open play at 9 a.m., and Brownwood JV will meet Abilene TLCA at 10 a.m. At 11 a.m., Abilene Cooper JV will play the winner of the Richland Springs-Snyder game. Brady will face the winner of the Brownwood JV-Abilene TLCA matchup at noon.

- 1 p.m.: Game 1 loser vs. Game 2 loser in the consolation game
- 2 p.m.: Game 3 loser vs. Game 4 loser for third place
