Five New Retail Stores, 150 Jobs and a $10.2 Million Investment: Shops on Commerce Opens in Brownwood

Brownwood officials and developer Ted Hutto celebrated Shops on Commerce at a ribbon cutting Tuesday morning. The five-store retail center at 537 W. Commerce adds 41,000 square feet, with Ross and Ulta Beauty scheduled to open Oct. 9.
