Two Brownwood real estate professionals are taking on statewide leadership responsibilities with Texas REALTORS, a 145,000-member organization that represents interests connected to buying, selling, renting, real estate professionals and the broader real estate industry.
Jackie Randle and Gina Jameson, both members of the Heartland Association of REALTORS, were selected for roles that will give the local association and the surrounding region representation in the state organization’s leadership and decision-making.
Randle to serve as Regional Vice President
Randle was installed as Regional Vice President for Region 7 during the annual Shaping Texas Conference in San Antonio last month. Her term will run from 2027 through 2029.
Region 7 includes REALTOR associations in Brownwood, Stephenville, San Angelo, Abilene, Nolan and Wichita Falls. In the regional position, Randle will serve as a connector between Texas REALTORS and local associations in the area.
Her responsibilities will include meeting with local leaders, helping plan events across the region and presenting updates at local association meetings. She will also serve on the Texas REALTORS Executive Board and Board of Directors.
According to the announcement, Randle’s state-level work will include advocating for local communities as Texas REALTORS works to protect property and homeownership rights for Texans.
Jameson represents Heartland REALTORS
Jameson began serving on the Texas REALTORS Board of Directors in January 2026. She represents the Heartland Association of REALTORS and the wider community in that role, with her term scheduled to end in 2028.
As a director, Jameson attends multiple conferences during the year, votes at Board of Directors meetings and stays informed about statewide real estate issues. The position also allows her to help ensure that the needs of the Heartland area are considered in statewide discussions.
The appointments give the Heartland association two members serving in Texas REALTORS leadership roles at the same time. The organization said both agents have longstanding records of service in the local association.
Longtime local service
Randle and Jameson have each served as community volunteers, committee members, directors and presidents of the Heartland Association of REALTORS. Randle served as association president in 2025, while Jameson held the position in 2020.
In a statement, the Heartland Association of REALTORS said the two agents’ new roles represent the next step in their leadership work and expressed support for their service at the state level.
For Brownwood-area real estate professionals, the appointments provide direct local representation within Texas REALTORS during Randle’s 2027-2029 regional term and Jameson’s director term through 2028.
